I love trains too. This is my favorite shot, not a great one technically, it's a so-so scan of an image shot on negative film, I assume on my Canon A-1 which was my main camera then. The Daylight at the Sacramento RailFair in 1999. What a great day that was!!! What a beautiful sight it was!

I am also jealous... In Elkhart I do have the "National New York Central Railroad Museum (external link)" run by the city of Elkhart. But the railroad cars are all in bad shape.... :oops:

Far from a great shot, but this is about a block from my house. Needs a paint job for sure. At first glance it looks like "Yellowstone Hey Railroad" but upon closer inspection it's "Yellowstone Valley Railroad". ;-)a
