Yes, we left Carnforth behind 2 Class 37 diesels. Galatea took over for the York-Scarborough-York section. Only downside was not being able to get a photo of the locomotive in action, only static at Scarborough.

We currently have two "Jubilee" class locos main line certified in the UK and here are two recent shots of them.

First up is "Galatea" with the first of this years "Scarborough Spa Express" excursions.

Then we have "Leander" returning home on a gloomy evening with the return leg of "The Coast to Coast Express" which ran from Liverpool to Scarborough and back.
