Your comments are much appreciated. Railroads have always interested me and I love to shoot train images. It is always good to hear that someone took a few minutes and enjoyed them.

I also really enjoyed your shots! Very well done. Some of the shots (#3 for instance) looked like a derailmant ready to happen looking at the shape the tracks are in.

Thanks Charles. The tracks in question are in Guntersville, Al on the wye (to turn trains). That was part of the old NC&StL RR in days gone by. The telephoto lens make things appear to be worse than they really are.

C&NW intersecting EJ&E at Barrington, Il, and Pikes Peak at 14,110 feet.
