Does anyone know who took this photo?

http://flatrock.org.nz …sets/terrorism/hunger.jpg (external link)

Every time I see it online it induces a mixture of feelings I cannot explain.

I would like to obtain a high quality print of it..

Image tags removed, & that link doesn't appear to go to an image.

The TinEye (external link) reverse image search page shows that image has been copied and reused thousands of times. With some patience and looking through the TinEye results you may be able to find the source.

It's clear the image did not originate where you found it, which is obviously a site that takes (or steals) its images from anyplace that is convenient.
