ISO 5000 110mm f3.5 1/1000 1,000 will freeze the action. As far as what f/stop do I use? I use 2.8 almost anytime I'm in doors.

If you are able to stop down your lens and still get the shutter speed you would like at an iso that you are happy with I would go for it. Canon 5D MkIII | 7D | 40D | 350D
