I definitely want to go with a hand strap even without the grip, but I don't know which to go for. I also am not crazy about the strap taking up the place of the tripod mount. -Nick

Feb 17, 2014 00:46 | #4 Don't recall if my Herringbone hand strap worked with my grip. I'm almost positive it did. If any one can chime in on that, it's a great hand strap. I'm currently using in on my 6D and no grip, with a Custom Slr Pro M plate and hand strap attachment. 6D, 70-200 MKii F2.8, Tamron 24-70mm, Canon 40mm
