When I try to clone something, I can pick up the original with the ALT key, but when I try to deposit it, I get a tiny amount laid down, not the diameter of the original which I selected. Jay

Even with flow and hardness at 100% you have to press quite hard to completely "fill" a brush. With a very low value of hardness it virtually impossible to get it to completely fill the brush area. This seems to apply to all types of brush tool in PS (CS5 in my case). The pressure sensitivity when using the local brush tools in LR/ACR seems much less pronounced, so it is much more like using a mouse.
