Folks.

I think it is time to consider an upgrade, and would like to ask members if the additional 2.2 megapixels of the 70D would provide a useful/noticeable benefit over the 7D.

I currently own a T3i (my trusty T) and was pushing the FPS when trying to photography wildlife. I purchased a used 1D Mark ii but have never really liked the feel of the camera in my hand.

I would say the bulk of my photography is birds with wildlife a close second, but as of recent I have also tried landscape photography and enjoyed very much. I am seriously considering a 7D or 70D as my next camera body (price difference is not really a big concern).

Thanks all
Leon

I don't think the additional 2.2 megapixels of the 70D amount to anything significant.

Me either. I think the 60d is a good upgrade in the fps department while still having money left over. I have the T3i and 60d. The 60d is quicker.
