I am looking to upgrade my contract but really cannot afford a lawyer to check mine over and amend.

Is there a good free contract out there I can review and amend my self to my specific needs and/or compare to mine?

Thanks

Unless it's been vetted by a contract attorney, and is country/location specific, being someone's fav means nothing.

Factor the cost of an attorney into your CODB and get it done right.

Yeah there is no quick fix. Find someone who can advise you on the law in Ontario. This is not the area to take a shortcut in.
