Hello all. I would appreciate some feedback on this image. I rarely shoot people, but decided today I would give it a shot. Additionally, I originally intended a black and white image but got to playing around with the PP and ended up here.

Thanks for your time :)

You've framed yourself so that you are shoved up into the corner and I am not sure what you are looking at....or are the catch lights playing tricks? (I would place them at 10:00 or 2:00 or get rid of them).
This shot is much better.

you look a little undead...the skin tone is too gray whilst still keeping on a colour image, I'd have gone with B&W or another tone, this one just doesn't suit.....
Otherwise, lighting is good.. camera position is a little weird (below eye level), makes the eyes somewhat drawn to your chin rather than your eyes/expression.

+1 to both
Its too tightly cropped with your left shoulder cut off. Apart from the catch light being dead centre (the light should be high and at 45°), they eyes seem to be focused just above the lens.
I want to 'engage with the subject looking at me, but instead you're looking at my forehead. Disconcerting

Either look directly into the lens or clearly look away

cheers, Paul
