Ok, it's been a while since I've looked at point and shoots. My friend is looking for a new camera. She is not camera literate so she is not going to like a dslr. Her price range is under z$200. She wants something that is going to be quick to take photos. She has a small dog that she loves to death and would like to get photos of him romping around in the snow.
So used would be fine, she'll want it to take a photo as soon as she hits the shutter button.
Personally, if i can eventually show her how to set shutter speed, aperture, ISO, etc then i'd like the camera to have those settings as well as a P mode.
She's looking at a Nikon coolpix L820. I know nothing about those cameras. Obviously I would like to steer her towards Canon.
Any thoughts or ideas?
