Please Advise: Digital Photo Professional stopped recognizing raw 6D files. Why?

I can't think of anything I did that was different than normal.

Today I openned up Digital Photo Professional to look at raw files, and I get nothing but and X for each raw file, but the jpegs are still recognized.

I have no idea why. I reinstalled DPP from the disc that came with my 6D and it still doesn't help. It was working just fine for the last two weeks, but now? Nope.

I reformatted the SD card to see if that would make a difference, but nope. DPP still won't recognize raw files. I haven't changed my camera settings at all either.

The only difference is that I started using a 430 EX II, but the first round of raw files were recognized by my desktop's edition of DPP (which is at work. I can't access that computer now), but my laptop's version won't recognize raw pics with or without flash.

Weird.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks

Here's a screen shot. I blanked out the personal computer stuff.

Thank you so much. That did the trick. I had to first go back and uninstall, because for some reason the install figured I already had what I needed. By uninstalling I guess the new install gave me what I needed.

Also, upon reflection, I remember restoring my computer to a slightly earlier date because I thought I had a virus or glitch of some kind, and that's probably what triggered the software to not recognize the newer raw files.

Thanks again.

Now to a different problem in the computer section. :(
