^Awesome! Love that purple glow. Do you have a couple of sensor dust spots to the right of the far right highrise?

Super night scenes Charlie. I'm looking forward to trying out the Sony 16-35 f4 when it comes out.

Meanwhile, A couple of new edits. Both shot using the a7r + FE 35mm F2.8 ZA

I think this is pretty close to the area that got washed out during the heavy thunder showers caused by Hurricane Norbert. This is north bound on the I15 past Las Vegas. That's the Love's Truck Stop ahead on the left. Shot using the a7r + FE 35mm F2.8 ZA

Loves up ahead on the left

Nice work everyone. Digital AM - Those driving shots have a real cinematic feel to them, I like them a lot.

I asked this before but it got lost in the thread so ill try again in case anyone knows or has an opinion on it. Do you think there will ever be an adapter released that allows auto focussing of canon lenses at FE lens focus speeds? Or is there a technical reason why this will never happen?

To my opinion, i think it will never happen, but i think they might produce an adapter that can be faster a bit than all current ones, closer to FE AF not never match, unless Sony itself produce it because they know the technical things about their cameras, so they may do that on the adapter itself to accept other brands at same AF speed of FE lenses.

They never gave me that update either. I called them after not hearing from them for about two days after they received the camera but realized that the responder was basically looking at the same information I already have so I gave up. He mentioned that there are some backlog at that time and as soon as it reaches the technician, the information would be logged and updated. After another day in my case, I received a ship notice from FedEx out of the blue. I almost deleted the email thinking it was phishmail but seeing it was sent from Laredo, it all clicked. When I checked the status, it showed that it was repaired and shipped (no intermediate steps noted).
As long as your FedEx tracking shows that they have received it, it should be fine, although I do wish that they are more diligent with their status update.
