Pairing A7 with SuperTak 50/1.4. The combo looks lovely, so also the images it produce.

I only have extension tubes to test for you. The zoom focus assist must be really helpful for that purpose.

I've shot tons of macros with a Canon FD lens... look for them in this thread.

Just i hope that adapter can come by here very quick, if that will happen then i will use my Canon 100mm macro lens and post here, also i will post from any Canon lens i will use on this camera, but luckily i ordered a Sony Native lens too, FE 55mm, so can't wait to get them here very soon.

Thanks for help and the info about macro

Loving this camera. The ability to use canon L glass with this sensor is awesome.

Went on a primitive camping trip with my son. This camera was perfect for this use since we had to hike in 3 1/2 miles.

Finally, yesterday i've got my order, and it included the protection for the LCD screen for the camera, so i took out the camera for the box, and placed the battery and charged it for no reason, i will play with menus and controls to get used to it until i receive the lens and the adapter, also the order included a spare battery, will keep that for backup.

Can't wait to use this camera, and really don't know what i will shoot and what to post here after all these amazing incredible images in the thread.

bannedPermanent ban

anyone found a way to use the D-Pad in back of the camera to move the focus box?

I was able to set the center button to active focus options and then move the box, would be nice to be able to move the box without the need to press the center button.
