I had flares problem before. I guess the culprit was the Sigma DG UV filter that comes with it when i bought. another shot(not a crop) IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/rjuqNT | SONY A7SIII(2) | A73 | A6000 | Sony A7IV | Sigma105 | FE1635F4 | Tamron 70-180mm F2.8 | Tamron 17-28 Tamron 28-75 | FE50F1.8 | Sony 16035F4PZ | SEL30mm F3.5 Macro | Canon 24mm TSE | Laowa 15mm Shift

Mar 13, 2015 16:45 | #5935 right, it's the 200mm F5, strictly use for landscapes, so I dont need anything fast. I was concerned that a slow and old lens would not resolve well on the a7r, but thankfully, I was wrong, this is sharp wide open, however, it has CA wide open. Correctable, not too big of an issue. The f4 version is even less expensive, however, I got this one due to it's size and uniqueness. Image hosted by forum (717375) © Charlie [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. it's like a lens band to prevent from creeping. I had a 24-105 that tends to creep, so when I bought the band, I bought a bunch and put one on every zoom I had. It stiffens the rotation just a bit to prevent creep over time.
