Thanks, I am okay with my gears, I have A7r, 5D2 and 7d with 55 mm lens, 17-40, 24-105, 70-200, 100-400, 5, 85 and elmarit 28. Sure we should have enough with your gears, and we can rent from local store here too if not from lens rental etc. If you want to shoot with models we can also arrneg that with my meet up groups. I also have 4x AB800 and backgrounds.

No problem, i just offered my gear, i will be carrying most of those too, and waiting to buy 1 or 2 more lenses to take, TS17 and maybe one of Sony FE lenses who knows.

That will be great, i want to shoot more of models, but i wish if i can carry my Hasselblad H4D then, it is heavy and a lot of gear in one bag, i am not sure if you will be sure available when i will be there or if sure i will visit Las Vegas too after my main trip in PNW, all are not yet scheduled and i don't know what will happen next month or after.

And also what will help me to plan good enough is to know how much budget i should carry for my travel, i don't smoke or drink alcohol, and i will try to be vegetarian for food as most meat i will not eat, the budget is excluding the tickets ofcourse, so i am only worry about accommodation and transportation.

I have a friend here who has 3 Hassy's if schedule permits, we can shoot model with him..for Las Vegas, you will be my guest, (plan to spend some money for the model, $40-$100 + tip depending on how many of us shoot, this is optional), also we may share some dinner outside the house, else. Now if we go to Bryce we will need to stay at least overnight so hotel room of $150 plus food., maybe gasoline share of $150.00
not much. Maybe we can get Vinmunoz to join us too.

Cheers,
Tony

Thank you very much!

I hope the weather in September [or August] is helping, i don't know what things i should bring beside my photography gear, something like a shoe or hiking, or umbrella, or jacket or whatever.

I am not worry about the weather in California or Nevada or Arizona, i live in a desertous country so that super hot is nothing for me, we are now in summer with temp around 33-38 degree, it will go up to 45-50 by July and August gradually, so i am protected from US heat anyway, but i am worried about the temp in PNW during that time, many says it will start to get wet by September or late fall maybe not sure, so it may get more rains than summer time and i may not be out much.

Still really disappointed by the autofocus on my a7... the truth is shooting street with autofucos is just WAY too slow... considering picking up the a6000 and selling my a7, as the auto focus on that that is lighting speed on the a6000

yeah with the Sony 55mm 1.8 focus is way to show for moving action, when the subject is standing still i get the shot, when the subjects are walking i miss the shot...

Canon lenses still have a focus scale?(well the good ones do) or you can just focus at an object say 1.5 meters F8 then switch it to MF(assuming you're using a 28-35mm lens, for longer 1.5m will not work).

The fastest AF system will not beat zone focus, which is why Eric Kim and others like me use zone.

Sony might be bringing out a FF in a NEX body!
