It will display iso, f-stop and shutter speed, but what I'd really like to see (to learn) is the histogram on the computer screen adjacent the photo, like it appears on the camera. Is it possible to set up a iPhoto to display the histogram of an image shot with a 60D, or is there another software program better suited. I plan to download Photoshop and Lightroom soon, after I upgrade my operating system. I've heard good things about them. _______________

Select an image to evaluate and tweak. Enter editing mode by clicking on the Edit button at the bottom of iPhoto's window. Once inside iPhoto's Edit module, you see three tabs at the top. By default you are placed into Quick Fixes. Click on the Adjust tab. And you are taken where all the "pros" hang out: advanced photo editing. This is where you do heavy-duty photo enhancing and "fixing."
