Does 5d2 or 6d has in camera vignette control via a 3rd party firmware? Did a google but couldn't find anything. I understand its easy to fix in post, but I need to deliver some jpeg files in real time.

The 5Dc did not have PIC (peripheral illumination correction). The 6D does; it works quite well, but only with Canon lenses. I do that correction in LR, which does every lens I own, so what the camera can/can't do is irrelevant. Not sure if that helps, though.

The 5D Mark II that you asked about does have built in peripheral illumination correction.

I also don't use it and do my corrections in Lightroom.

The only third party software you will find in a Canon camera is Magic Lantern and it doesn't do that.
