Hi, I am newbie.
I have just bought a Canon 50mm f1.8 len for Canon 20d. It is AF (autofocus) now. I don't know who to switch it to MF mode to practice taking shots.
I have tried many ways but in vain.
Plz show me how to do it.
Thanks.

Should be a switch on the Lens that says AF/MF slide the button towards MF

The 'thrifty fifty' is a pretty cheap lens. It's all plastic... I sometimes have to play with the switch on mine to get it in and out of AF mode. Does your switch move at all? If so, try click it back and forth several times before placing it in the desired position and see if that doesn't help.
