Still, the left side of the tower is perfectly vertical in the original, and the right side of the tower is leaning left. gonzogolf dumb remark memorialized More info | Mar 04, 2014 10:03 | #34 But were castle walls actually vertical? I remember seeing a documentary that showed the thickness of the walls diminishing as they went upward to reduce the load on the bottom and thus you get a slight tilt.
