I'm exploring the option of adding this lens to my bag, and I wanted to get some opinions from those of you who have used this on your FF body. I've used the Rokinon 14mm before, so I'm quite familiar with using a fully manual lens.
Other than not accepting filters and having no electronic communication with the body, is there anything else I should know about it? I am thinking of renting the lens and the adaptor for a weekend to get some use before I make the decision on whether to buy it or not. I'll also have to think about what lens will have to go if I were to pick the 14-24mm up.
If it makes any difference, my main use of the lens will be for astrophotography. I'll probably use it occassionally for cityscape and landscape work as well.
