I bought this tablet a year ago and so far have not used it. So now I have lots of retouching to do and have no clue how to set it up for LR5.

I looked for videos online but found very little, does someone know of a book or video I can hit?

Or perhaps some insights on how to set this puppy up for LR5 use?

Not sure if this will help, but here are some screenshots of my settings for my Wacom Intuos4 for LR5

I'm thinking about picking up a used Inutous4. So there aren't any compatibility issues using an older tablet with never software?

Not an issue as the Intuos 4 drivers are updated for Win 8. I'm expecting that mine will work fine until it dies or until some future Windows OS is released. As long as Wacom creates drivers for it, it should work fine for future versions of Photoshop and Lightroom.
