Calibration, Color munki smil $80

I've picked up the color munki "smile" the cheapest version available from their product line. Once the monitor was calibrated, it looks so cyan... no warm heart feelings any more Is it because of sudden change?

It really makes me think that this product is working or not...
I wish I can show you guys my screen shot....

Mine is the same way, but calibrating the monitors to the printer shows prints that are outstanding, regardless of the bluish/cyan tint my laptop now has.

If you don't trust it, try doing the calibration again.

What temperature did you set the monitor to in doing the calibration?

I really didn't set the temperature, my preset mode was sRGB which looked okay. I might try with different preset

I didn't get that effect on my MacBook Pro Retina, the adjustment was very minimal actually. Makes me also wonder if it's actually working.

sRGB is a colour space, which describes the range of colour values your device can show (or capture). However, your software will typically target the colour temperature (white balance) to a given temperature. My Xrite profiler is set to 6500K, which is probably the most commonly used; other options are 5000K, 5500K ("standard daylight"), and 7500K. Higher K values will mean a bluer picture.
