What are the differences between the Fuji X-pro1 & X-E2

I have been considering getting one these 2 cameras, but what am I getting for my $300 extra for the X-pro1?

I went over all the specs, and everything seems almost the same for me.

Only big difference I see is the X-pro1 has a Optical viewfinder, is there anything else I am missing?

It probably is something obvious right in front of my face.
