Hello guys and girls,

After getting a 24-70 lens, I tought, this might be a good time to go out to the border of town, and take some shots.

So this is my first ever attempt of nighttime photography, here is what I made, would like some responses, and critiques, and advises, what i could do better next time:

Wanted to try some milkyway shots, but I got really tired, will do that next time.

Thanks!

They are not bad. A suggestion for posting to this site is to use a host that allows others to see your EXIF. Facebook does not pass any of the data from the camera at all. Not having this information makes it very hard for someone to have a clue what you did, thus making it difficult for them to suggest things. I know I hate to suggest to someone to try something and it is something they have already done.

Flickr is quite a good host and gives you enough storage that you can post photos on here for months without worrying about exceeding your storage limits. If you can use it from Hungary, you may find it better to post those photos to Flickr rather than Facebook. It also gives you the option to embed the photo at the right size on here directly. That alone will make it easier for people to see your work, and thus more likely to respond.

Thank you for the suggestion Nogo, will look into the matter.
