I have a bunch of photographs in this gallery from a wedding, mostly taken with the 85mm 1.2LII. I must say I absolutely love this lens and this gallery reminds me why I continue to put up with it's quirks. I'm still running around without a 70-200ii and I may never purchase it at this point.

It's hard to take a bad shot when you combine that lens with such a happy and beautiful bride!

I know there's a bit of green and purple tint here and there, I just threw up this small sample fairly quickly onto my new website - I need to quickly put up my other galleries. They'll be fixed soon :)

Full gallery is here, a couple of samples can be found below:

I absolutely love both of them! I also have the 85mm II 1.2 and it is my favorite lens next to the 70-200mm II 2.8.

Two Canon EOS R5's, Canon EOS R6, Canon RF 28-70mm f/2.0, Canon RF 85mm f/1.2, Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8 - Profoto A1's ~ XPLOR 600PRO strobes ~ light stands, tripods, monopods, soft boxes blah blah blah

Perhaps try to get the couple to place their hands on each other when they kiss, looks more genuine :)

Nice shots. The first photo's composition is a bit strange... with all of the dead space to the right of her... but it works. The 85 is a great lens... but the 70-200 has its place too. A 200mm shot at 2.8 has some unique properties a 85mm can't produce.

Thanks all :)

I'm tempted to get a 135L or 200L as my next lens to get that look. Not sure I want to tote around a big 70-200mm just yet.

Im debating the 85mm 1.8 now since the 1.2L is out of my budget. Keep up the good work

Nice images.
I will never understand grooms not shaving for their wedding day, ( you have no control over this and the pics are great!) I understand if that is their normal day to day look, but shave for that one special day.
getting off soap box, hope I don't fall

---------------Camera, Lens, Flash stuff.. but still wanting more
