One of the very few decent photos I got from our visit to Liberty State Park this past Saturday. Shortly after this was taken the clouds rolled in and there went the sunset  Guess we have to go back :D

Really beautiful! I would have maybe cropped the bottom to get rid of the dark spot on the left. But otherwise, wonderful work.

I remember going to Liberty State Park during my trip to NYC in 2011. My brother and I were literally alone in the late afternoon. That's a shame. I think a lot of tourists don't know about this park or just don't want to pay the boat to get there. I think it's the most beautiful view of the NYC skyline. I like it better than the one from Brooklyn.

Thanks virginie24jb! I'll give it a try.

I think you're right, not many know about the park. The place was empty! Saturday was NICE and WARM! We thought the park would be packed. I like the view from here. Mainly because I'm tired of seeing the city from Brooklyn LOL

Exactly! And what's nice about it is that you can see very far to the north, whereas on the Brooklyn side you've got too many bridges that hide the view on the rest of Manhattan.

Really a nice shot, Chris. Very effective use of the Big Stopper.
