The link is hilarious(ly bad), but if you're seriously asking about whether the Otus 55mm is the sharpest non-super telephoto lens there is, then yes it is.
The only other lens that comes close is the 55mm f/1.8 for the Sony a7R, which is only a little softer wide open, at a quarter of the price of the Otus.

If the concept of an extremely sharp 55mm lens interests you, just buy an a7R with the 55/1.8 and you'll have a 36mp 14 stop DR sensor to use the lens on (instead of the banding-a-thon 5D3) for less than the Otus alone.

Gumtree is a dodgy site so if I was interested in buying it would only be pickup...

This lens is very good, probably the best lens intended to be used on DSLR cameras.
But there are other lenses around, which are most likely much sharper, for example those micro lithography lenses from Zeiss - those would work for 100 times smaller pixel - but not with visible light, and they are a bit heavy and expesnive.
Or Zeiss S-Orthoplanar, Zeiss S-Planar 74/4 or many others which are used today for photography.

You don't have to take my word for it though, there is a handy comparison tool the lets you compare charts of just about any lens you can mount on a Canon camera at The-Digital-Picture. However, until/unless Canon comes out with a camera that can compete with the Nikon D800 and Sony a7R, I wouldn't recommend anyone to consider the Otus in EF mount any time soon.

If I'm not mistaken most lenses at F8 are pretty darn sharp. Even kit lenses.

IF you are talking wide open I think out of all the canon lenses it's the 200F2 and/or the 400 2.8 II

Anything 100mm or less. The 85L is pretty darn sharp.

I wouldn't doubt that, but the key words here are "under 200mm", there are a million lenses 200mm and over that are razor sharp and have no aberrations of any kind, but as you go down to 135, 85, and 50mm, quality starts to fall off.
There are almost no lenses in the standard range that have anywhere near the imaging performance of a super tele, short of maybe the 24 TS-E, the Otus and FE 55/1.8, which is why the Otus is such a big deal.

If you check that comparison page I linked to earlier, you can choose a variety of lenses and see that many lenses don't actually get as sharp as the Otus does wide open, at f/4 or sometimes more. But few people would actually buy an expensive lens to shoot it stopped down, the price of performance is usually in the realm of f/4 and wider. I shoot maybe 5% of my photos at f/8 (except in the studio), so this argument doesn't mean much to me, and I think most people also shoot a stop or two down from wide open.

Except as I explain above, this isn't a super tele, unlike those lenses, the Otus can actually be used for general photography and is not a special use lens.

Nowhere near the performance of the 200/2 though, even at f/2 the 85L still has plenty of CA and softness in the corners.

Except it's a Sigma, which probably means you'll end up sending back 2 or 3 copies while checking for focus shift, poor QA, inconsistent focusing and other such niceties.

I'm about to pull the trigger on one of the sharpest lens out there - Zeiss 135mm F2!

Sigma AF is probably never going to be quite on par with a Canon lens on a Canon body since they are reverse engineering the AF algorithm, but the Sigma dock alleviates some concern about focus issues. The Sigma 35 Art would be a darn fine lens even if it were an MF only lens...it may have the best optics of any 35 on the market. The 50 Art looks like it will be impressive as well.
