Micro adjusting 6D with EOS Utility

I've been MA'ing for a long time. But recently, I found that I can no longer use my favorite method. This method requires hooking the DSLR to a laptop, and then running EOS Utility. In the "zoomed in" mode, you can use the little left and right switches to MFA, and each "click" represents on click to the left or right. I can do this fine with the 7D, but not with the 6D.

But now the switches, rather than being incremental, jump several steps.
