a budget always helps...so how much are you willing to spend? i'd sell the 70-300mm, and look for something longer...if you're on a really tight budget, the sigma 150-500OS, or maybe if you can find it anywhere, the tamron 150-600VC

Sounds like you have a rather limited budget. That being the case, either the 100-400L IS or the 400 f/5.6 L would be a good choice.
