How to save whats on computer screen for PSE2

Ok i had made myself a southpark character years ago and now decided to do it again. But i just can't remember how to save the whol screen and then paste it in ps to edit. There's no option to save to computer to make life easier.

press alt and prt scr (the print screen button) then past in ps

i finally figured it out. Here is me, but southpark version.

Alt+print screen will save the active window only.

alt+print screen alt-tab ctrl+n ctrl+v ctrl+a+s enter
done.:)

I used southparkstudios.com. Goto the games section on the right and select creat a character.
