Have had this composition in my mind for a couple of years, but have not had the chance to get up to Cub Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park until this trek.

6.6 miles of snowshoeing (2 miles in 12-15" of fresh powder, carrying my 50lb pack + camera chest pack for another 10lbs). Definitely wore me out, but SO worth the trek!
