Hi guys, need some advice from all. I'm looking for wide-angle lense (28mm f/1.8), macro (50mm f/2.5) and telephoto (70mm - 300mm f4-5.6)lense for my next trip use. I also had been search some website for the price. So i really need an advice for which brand is better in use for canon ?

The best 70-300 instrument for the Canon EF/EF-S mount is the Canon EF 70-300L.

What is your budget, and what camera are you using?

If crop:
-28mm is not wide angle, look at the Sigma 18-35 1.8.
-The Sigma 50mm 2.8 macro is 1:1, the Canon 50mm 2.5 is only 1:2, which means the Sigma is better for macro. but you can also look at the Canon 60mm 2.8 macro which is very good.
-Check out the Tamron 70-300 VC USD or the Canon 70-300L.

If full frame:
-Sigma 35 1.4 or Canon 24mm 1.4 II
-Sigma 50 macro again
-Tamron 70-300 VC or Canon 70-300L again

They are all pretty much good value. If you want to shoot video with MF, the Tamron all pretty much turn their focusing and zoom rings in the opposite direction that Canon lenses turn which can be confusing. Sigma is a mixed bag in that aspect with some this way and others that other(Nikon way).

Canon 7D/350D, Σ17-50/2.8 OS, 18-55IS, 24-105/4 L IS, Σ30/1.4 EX, 50/1.8, C50/1.4, 55-250IS, 60/2.8, 70-200/4 L IS, 85/1.8, 100/2.8 IS L, 135/2 L 580EX II, 430EX II * 2, 270EX II.

From having actually used the lens, the Tamron 70-300mm vibration control unit (external link) is a very good performer. Examples:

The Tamron lens also has one important technical feature. Its price is pleasantly low and you can get two or three of them for the cost of the Canon "L" equivalent. This is an important feature for those who must spend their own real money on equipment.
