Many criticize 6D for their AF and the few focus points but there is no one who understands how accurate these few focus points are . Last time I was at this Eagle hide so I did not get many good pictures with me , Eagles were in place but they were not down at the bait and ate. Then I had 70D and it was hard to hit and put the focus right over the long haul . Now let's see what 6D can accomplish.
Me and my friend went home at midnight and arrived in time to 3 o'clock in the morning . The day before it was ours and now it was winter again when the snow had come back . Once in the hide so we lit some candles in anticipation of the light and the Eagles .
The organizers called us the week before and canceled the meeting when he did not think any Eagles would be in place when they had no new food to put out and that spring had arrived but then came the cold back , and then we jump in the last minute.
The time had been 5:45 in the morning and three Eagles had landed on the tree tops on the other side of the bog . Then a few hours later when the light had arrived and the sun ( which no forecast should prove during this day) shone with their presence so came the great Sea Eagles and took over the carrion.
Let's see how the 6D performs:
Most of the time I use all focus points but sometimes I only use the center point.
I think the 6D do this better than my previous 70D did. My opinion.
