he looks like a tough little guy. but it does not appear real sharp...maybe the photo just has some compression issues from when you posted it.

I think it's the compression - I used PS to compress it rather than MS office Picture Manager and pushed it to 43KB! Maybe that bit too small.

Correct on the compression. A picture of that size in pixels has to be almost at the 100kB limit for this forum in order to avoid the jpg compression artifacts.

I guess the charming little boy is a little "blue" about how his day is going?;)
