Help: Smudge not on lens!

I'm new to cameras and have very little idea of how to clean the inside of the camera.
The only reason I am asking is because I have this smudge as shown in the picture that is not on the lens and I dont know how to get rid of it/how to clean where it would be. (I have a Canon T3i)

Please help and thank you in advances.

If you're referring to the blob in the lower left of that photo, it looks like dust/oil on the sensor.

You can either:
1. Have Canon or other camera shop clean the sensor or
2. Clean it yourself using the numerous available products (not for the faint of heart).

Or, it could just be sensor dust that you could blow off with a rocket blower or similar.

If you mean that round spot in the bottom left, that's just dust on the sensor. A fact of life with DSLRs, sensor dust is common and will either blow off with a blast of air from a rocket blower, or you can buy kits for doing a "wet" clean with a swab and cleaning fluid. Check your manual as to how to safely lift the mirror and open the shutter for access to the sensor, and check you tube for videos on sensor cleaning for further information on how to go about it.

Thanks, I picked up a pen today (thought it would help lol) couldn't find a rocket blower, saw a poorly made dynex one but I didn't get it. Well i'm hoping its just some dust and not oils (never touched so probably not) If worsts comes to worsts i'll have to bring it in I guess. Again thank you very much.

You sure that's not just a smudge on the piano key? Looks like someone was playing while eating a peanut butter sandwich.;):p
