I HAVE A STORY

This lady's story is incredible - came to America, lost her family, lives in conditions that most of us would not be comfortable, yet she has one of the best attitudes and does not complain. I am talking to her about writing her story, we hope to be able to do so this year, and if we make any money it will be given to her.
My wife and I were talking with her a few days ago and she let me take her photo.
This was shot taken with a Canon 5D MK II and a 24-104 F4L at F7.1, 1/160, ISO at 320 and focal length of 60 mm. no flash. What do you guys think?

Sounds like a great story. The only problem with the photo is that the background is brighter than her face and there are some distracting elements.

Fabulous character study, beautifully executed.
Great expression, lines and an undoubted gripping story to tell.
Agree about the background elements; take lots of images in various environments for the story, - a great subject potential.
