To say that i'm anxious to get home from work would be an understatement....

i think you will enjoy using the 24-105/4 and also the 85 1.8 is a grate joy to use too for practical portrait work,i no what you mean by anxious ! don't forget to post some pic's with your new lenses so we all hear can see..

The 70-300L is a lens that is seriously under appreciated lens because it's not as long as the 100-400. Better IS than the 100-400L, sharper, and 3/4-1/2 T-stop faster too. It's an amazing vacation rental lens
