I need the link to download DPP (to process RAW files). Can someone help me?

You can get it here (external link) for the latest windows updater. Here (external link) for the download page if you need a different version.

The best way would be to go here (external link) and first download the installation disk using your camera serial number, then download the DPP updater from the same page. If you are using OSX 10.9, then switch it to 10.8 in the drop down box to get the installation disk installer to show up.

Thank you, Will do.
Wish these days that companies would stop including CDs or at least give the link to download in the quick start info.

Press Alt+C for the cropping window to appear, then with the mouse draw the rectangle.

Can I retouch the JPEG files with DPP as well?

You can, but for JPEGs the free FastStone Image Viewer should serve you better:

To be clear: I like the image quality of DPP in raw conversion very much.

That's only the updater, where I can download the software, then update by it?

Go to http://www.usa.canon.com …rk_iii#DriversAndSoftware (external link), expand the listing and then download and install the item EOS Digital Solutions Disk Software 28.2a for Windows. That will give you everything on the CD that came with your camera. Note that these are not the absolute latest versions. You then need to download a version called "updater" which will update the version.

Manuals are in the Solution Disk download as well. Install them on your PC for reference.

I can't help but notice some of your recent questions and would just like to add let Google or the forum search engine be your friend. Much of what you have recently requested is readily addressed through your own searching.

I'd suggest you then load all that onto a real CD which can then be kept with your gear and sold with the camera when the time comes.
