First of all, how "cheap" are you trying to go. What is your budget exactly and you have stated that "help me to review this product." I'm assuming you are asking people how they have actually liked the t3i as a slr camera and the 18-55 lens?

If you are asking the reviews on this T3i with the 18-55 lens, I can tell you it is a good slr to have. This was my first slr camera and I have had it for over a year. The 18-55 lens is a good lens to have when starting out and will take some beautiful pictures. What camera do you currently have? Also, I am assuming that this is your first slr? What do you usually shoot? DO you shoot still or video??

Looks like Canon even has one refurbed with an 18-55 IS II lens for $384. They also have some newer ones with the 18-55 STM lens for the price range mentioned in your post.
