Nice narrow alley shot! I remember some of those narrow places when we were in the older part of Montreal a few years ago. I hope to find something worthy to post when we go out walking today.

Great subject this week and lots of great submissions
Finally the weather has cooperated and we had a nice day.
Just wanted to show that even though it was the 5th of April things were not Spring like.

Was able to get out and take a walk around Old Montreal today

I really like the alley shot as well. We have nothing like that around here.

I really like the light and smoke from the welding, Ricardo.

Thank you both!

Hey Tim...I really like that doorway shot! Specially all that black...it really focusses the mind on wondering what lies within. (Pity the door wasn't green!;))

Ricardo...my mind was wondering about the reddish tint to the light when I took the shot.

Behind the Green Door? Not touching that one! :-)

Not sure about the reddish tint, Tim...maybe something inside being reflected.

Re the green door....you have obviously lead a more righteous life than I have...or at least kept better company. There was a perfectly innocuous song many years ago about some secret that lay behind the "Green Door", so when an associate mentioned that title was on the cable TV schedule one time when we were away looking at a project, muggins says okay, lets see what the mystery was. I should have known better...we didn't watch it all!

I just browsed the thread. What a good week! Great contributions by everyone.

I'm sorry to be late to the thread but I had some health issues this week. Had to stay in bed and couldn't go out so I thought I would skip this week's theme. But I thought I could try to shoot some things in the house at least, which I did. I hope I'm not too late? They were all shot before the deadline.

My hallway, taken through the living room door. It's a long hallway and it's not that narrow actually, but it's long so it looks it and the 14mm of the Samyang emphasised it, as does the crop I think.

Sorry to hear you've been unwell, Levina. I wish I could bring flowers!

Your pics work really well. I specially like the hallway shot...and that's a lovely wooden floor.

Thanks for the flowers, Richard and Joayne! :)

The last pic is of the inside of my washing machine! It's a top loader and I shot straight down into the open drum.
