The saddest part about this camera is this is the exact thing Canon "should" create to be a game changer in the industry. Camouflaged or not. Instead, someone there spent hours creating this mock-up for the first of April. A false 7D II press release would have been less damaging to their credibility. :( :( :(

That's right because the 1DX's one and only competitor has a load more pixels. Oh wait, it has less  ;)

The hell of it is that, except for the frame rate, the price and the BIF mode, pretty much everything that joke notice says is realistically possible with current generation processors. The battery life would absolutely suck, though...

Canon didn't put together the mockup or the press release, The Digital Picture did.

Devils in the details...you get 24fps for about 3 seconds...with the onboard battery. You get 10 minutes with the direct connect cable attached to your car battery.

Lotsa stuff, running outta room and a wife...I keep looking at her and wondering???

Why in the world do you think that this mock-up was created by someone at Canon? What made you think that? Do you still think that way, or do you now realize that camera manufacturers do not publish or create fictitious news release mock-ups?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
