There's a big red Canon sign on a white building just off 355 (east side) and north of Schaumburg. Looks like office space. Is that what you are referring to?

I think the reference is in regards to the service center in Elk Grove Village. I think they only service point and shoots or other canon products except dslrs.

That building is an office. The building I'm referring to is about 4 miles further down 355 near the Thorndale exit on the west side.
