Attach lightbulb to cold shoe

I'm looking for a clean way to attach a standard lightbulb to a cold shoe.

I am looking to make a permanent fixture using one of those Hue LED lights that Phillips makes. If you haven't heard of them, you should certainly check them out. They are pretty neat.
