I bought one from canon site few months back for 1275. They sell quick for sure.

I bought a refurb 6D from Adorama (prior to this deal), and it came with a Canon 1 yr. warranty in the box.

Correct, it's 1 year warranty from Canon.

For the first 30 days it can be returned to Adorama but after that it needs to go directly to Canon if it needs warranty service or repair
