Utah - April 2014

Just spent a few days in Utah, in Canyonlands and Arches. The weather was pretty crazy. Dust storm one day, snow storm the next. Managed to walk away with a few shots that I like:

Delicate Arch. Stayed there for sunset, but the sun never broke through the clouds :mad:

These are a quite nice. Love the light on Delicate Arch. The clouds there help too. Like them all

Nice work! I definitely understand the patience it takes for these kind of shots. Second one of the sunset and needles point is the favorite for me :)

It's 1 exposure. I took it so the highlights/sky wouldn't be too blown out, but also to make sure the foreground wasn't too dark. The rest was in LR to bring up the shadows and recover the highlights. The dynamic range of the D600 is pretty incredible.
