It was hand held in portrait. I would really like to get a proper tripod head thats designed for these panoramas one day.

Untill then, tho, its hand held!

Your right Tim. I took this on as an experiment, and this was actually my 7th attempt - I was trying different methods in each one.

I could recreate this alot faster now.
