The BG contrast is a little high for me, & the HDR has flattened out the AC so it looks like a cardboard cutout.
Got PS? If you use an Adjustment Layer to make the changes, it has a Layer Mask so that you can keep from lightening & blowing out some of the brighter areas: Photoshop CS6 Tutorial - Understanding Layer Masks
