I'd like to be able to send contracts that clients can sign on their phone like with this app: https://itunes.apple.com …ct-maker/id356115074?mt=8 (external link).
But I haven't found anything like that for my phone which is a Lumia 1520, which I really love for it's big clear screen. Is there anyone that knows of anything or that can steer me in a direction of creating my own? It is not the contract wording I want help with but how to manage it all mobilely. I am pretty clueless about smartphones and don't know where to start.

I use jotform, and it works fine on my smartphone directly from my website/link to the form.

Thank you so much, that is just what I needed! One question though: I can send them the link to the contract with the places for their e-signature, but as the photographer don't I need to sign it too? Not sure when and how to do this step.

You can also use Echosign by Adobe. I liked it a lot before I moved over to ShootQ.
