Wacom settings question

I'm trying to add custom settings for Lightroom in the Wacom Tablet Properties tool. It works fine for the Grip Pen settings, but when I select "Functions" then add an application, Lightroom doesn't "stick".

For example, with the Grip Pen selected I click the + in the Application row. A window with my running apps appears. I select Lightroom and click OK. It returns to the Wacom Tablet Properties screen and Lightroom now appears in the Application row and I can assign custom settings to the pen.

However, when I select the Functions tool instead of the Grip Pen tool and follow the exact same process as above, when I select Lightroom from the list of my running apps, when it returns to the Wacom Tablet Properties screen Lightroom hasn't been added to the Application row.

For those that use a Wacom tablet, are you able to define application-specific settings under the Functions tool?

If you first, successfully, selected Lightroom using the the running apps process (with the grip pen), when you now select Functions, does Lightroom not automatically show up in the Application row without you first having to use the + button to see the running apps?

Correct. When I select the Grip Pen, Lightroom is there in the applications row (because I already added it). When I select Functions, Lightroom is not there. And I can't add it.

So using the browse feature doesn't let you find it and add it?

I can go through the process of finding Lightroom and adding it, but when I click OK it doesn't get added.

I don't run into that. After adding LIghtroom once it is there when I select Functions. I have a number of other issues with Wacom drivers, but not that one...

Well, if all else fails, reboot the machine. If that doesn't fix it, reload the software. I know I have had an issue with mine where the quick keys quit working and the tablet reverts to right handed orientation. The only way to get it to work again is to reboot the system, and when that doesn't work reloading the software. Very frustrating, especially when you've got a series of images open in Ps.
